A new project can be stressful. Cunha Construction will help you relax, our job is to make you enjoy the process and feel excieted all the way to the end.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION PHASE

The begining of a project has alot of moving parts. Here's a break down on what to expect when you meet with us to go over your project. 

 

If you dont have an Architect we can help you with our network and :

- Go over your project and needs and extract what your ideas. 

- Put you with the right people in our network of Designers and Architects 

 

If you already have an Architect heres what we do next:

- Go over your plans and give you a detailed cost estimate and a schedule based on your architectural plans and          specs

- Go over ways to reduce costs effectivley 

- Go over your project with planning and permiting process 

- Provide you with a phase plan and how we are going to approach your project.

DURING YOUR CONSTRUCTION PHASE

 We want to be fully transparent during your construction project and keep you up to date with your buget. We update you with information along the process for you to make informed decisions and changes. 

 

 Cunha Construction will then support you with:

 - On site management to keep the project going and progessing forward

 - Udates during your construction phase to keep you informed of changes 0r suggestions to better fit your  project

 - Provide you with a to-do list of items that will help you prioritze decision making and keep the project on                   schedule. 

 - Communicate with subcontractors, Architects and Desing professionals .

 - On site meetings with project team and Architects and keep up with detailed notes to keep the eniter team                  informed and on track.

POST CONSTRUCTION

Your porject is finaly complete and your ready to move in! Cunha Construction is still with you through your transiton process and help you with any tasks to make your move as seemless as possible. 

- We provide you with  assistance for on call service or just have a genreal question.

- Offer you a maintenance program 

- Help you with any small tasks through out your home.
